Chamber Academy

ChamberAcamdeymaj07Stora_Salen_webbThe Chamber Academy is open to staff at Business Support Organisations and official representatives at the Embassies from developing countries. The aim of the Chamber Academy is to assist participants in supporting exporters in their home countries.

Chamber Academy is a training programme, which aims at providing the right tools to promote trade.

Chamber Academy gives you the opportunity to exchange experiences, get new contacts and gain knowledge all in order to promote trade.

Training sessions of between two days and one week in length are held twice a year. Some of the elements included in the training are:

  • Trade policy – Rules and regulations
  • Access to the Swedish market and market requirements
  • Study visits at Swedish companies
  • Swedish business culture

The theme of Chamber Academy 2010 will be Clean Tech and the aim is to explore the opportunities for business and future cooperation between Sweden and emerging markets within this sector.

During the autumn this initiative will be followed up at Chamber Academy in Stockholm. There will be a focus on your markets and match-making with Swedish companies.
